Wild Pine Cough Elixir
This blend offers natural respiratory support, helps to soothe a dry cough and can aid in expectorating stuck mucous from the lungs. Pine needles can have up to 4 times the amount of vitamin C found in an orange.
Not only does pine support a strong immune system, it is an expectorant for coughs, helps relieve chest congestion, and soothes sore throats. Mullein reduces inflammation of the respiratory tract and is an expectorant to help expel mucus.
Marshmallow root contains a high mucilaginous content which helps to moisten dry coughs, loosen mucus, soothe the throat, and prevent the growth of some bacteria.
Rosemary and thyme are both herbs that help calm the muscles of the trachea to provide respiratory relief, act as natural expectorants, are antiseptic herbs, and fight nasal congestion along with persistent coughing.
