Returns/Exchanges

Clothing: We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on non-clearance apparel up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. Clothing items must have the original tags attached, no makeup stains/blemishes and must not be washed/worn. Returns/Exchanges must have a receipt.


Home Décor: We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on non-clearance decor items up to 14 days after receipt of purchase. Returns/Exchanges must have a receipt.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If an item has make-up or deodorant marks, strong smells of perfume, smoke, has pet hair, etc., the item will not be eligible for a refund. Any item returned in unsellable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return will be credited as a store credit only.

  • While we want to make sure you love your purchase, there are certain items that are not eligible for return or exchange.  These items will all be clearly marked ‘FINAL SALE’ in the listing.

  • You can exchange an item for a different size or length only before 14 days. If returns are received after the 14 days, we are unable to return them at a 100% return.
  • Exchanges are processed at receipt of return. If the item becomes sold out in the meantime, we will process as a return. 

 

THE RETURN PROCESS

  • Email us concerning your return. Email: graceandjoycompany@gmail.com Include your order number, reason for the return, and request for store credit or a refund to your card. Include your packing slip in the return package.
  • Once received, the returned items will inspected for damages. Once items are reviewed, store credit or a refund will be issued. Store credit will be issued via an e-gift card to your email address. If a refund was requested, the amount will be refunded to your credit card in 7-10 business days.
